About us





Chef Erin KELLER grew up on 40 acres near the Lost Coast of Northern California, where living off the grid, growing organic vegetables and tending orchards with her parents bloomed her passion for fresh ingredients and a rustic, from scratch approach to cooking.


Keller lived and cooked in Portland Oregon for 10 years, before moving to Kauai in 2015 to pursue her dream of running her own restaurant.


With Erin's strong passion about the importance of a true "Farm to Table" concept and a strong sense of "shop local" mentality, fish bar deli is truly wonderful addition to the Old Kapaa Town community.


She strives to support local farmers, producers and small businesses, and we hope to share that all with you!
